I'm not sure about the spots, so go to your local health clinic or doctor and get that checked out. the urge to pee and not much coming out sounds like you have cystitis which is like a eurine infection, like having a cold in your tummy, it doesnt usually last long but dont leave it and suffer, go to a chemist and explain your situation and they'll give you something to help it, I had it before and I got these satchets from the chemist what you just poured in a glass of water and drank, it went really quickly erin x
Could be.. or it could just be what lostlovefoundhere is talking about. Either way, if it doesnt go away you should get it checked out ASAP! Don't just avoid it because you think she is right, it could be and if it doesnt get treated it could get worse. Just get it checked out.
