Yes you can but dont over-abuse the system, make sure they are Legitimate rude answers, not just petty off handed jabs.

If you want results, flag posts that are duplicates, but contact me for anything else - especially problems with another user. We don’t deal personally with flag reports, but we do deal with issues that are brought to our direct attention.
