Where do I find a list that shows how many points are associated with different topics and actions? (Questions, Answers, How Tos, etc) Just curious.

  Hover your mouse pointer over the Grey [ More ] tab above, near top centre of the screen. . On the drop down menu that then shows, click on the [ My Points ] tab. . You will find the information you want on a prominent pale yellow panel.
