What do you do if you have fibromayalgia and too sick to work?

my older sister had it before you should wait a couple days and go to the doctor because during it you go through a lot of pain and exhaustion but you cant completely get rid of it but you could go to the doctor and he/she can tell if you should take pills and which kind and it’ll get better

Have you actually been diagnosed? There is a liquid supplement that has helped people w/ fibromayalgia cope with the pain, fatigue, headaches, etc.
