Why are there so many super reinforced "Death Camps" built by FEMA springing up all over the country? There are more than 180 and growing, tons of money being spent to fence in once abandoned locations, with barbed wire turning in, to keep people in not keep people out. What are they preparing for?

Kellogg Brown & Root... while a subsidiary of Haliburton received a U.S. contract to refurbish existing military bases/facilities with the intent of housing "Illegal Immigrants." Taking into consideration that the contract was contemporaneous of the Amnesty bills --
Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act (S. 1033)
Comprehensive Enforcement and Immigration Reform Act of 2005
Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2006
Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007
I find this provided purpose questionable.
"January 24, 2006, KBR was awarded a contract by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the Department of Homeland Security worth "a maximum total value of $385 million over a five-year term" to provide "for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to augment existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations (DRO) Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs." Thank you for those "Act" references. Excellent answer. Very informative as to who and how the system is exploited behind the curtains.
Please think about WW2 and the death of many Jewish People when considering THIS. It's is ridiculous that federal funding went to FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) to "DETAIN" PEOPLE. not actually an "American" way to react to an emergency, and is a mimic of the Nazi Death Camps of WW2. They're being built is states that have never seen immigrant #1.
