This afternoon, I've been feeling pretty nauseaus for a few hours. And because I've been feeling like throwing up, I thought I'd ask if anybody has an idea on how to calm my stomach? Today has been pretty stressful, which is why my stomach is acting up. Thanks.

Ginger and/or peppermint are both known to calm the stomach. You can also try saltine crackers or just about anything bland.
If you find you get an upset stomach when stressed then you should see a doctor.

Try to move as slow as posible and get to the TV or computer. When you do play a computer game that's very interactive and you won't feel sick. I do it every time and it DOES work!
