Feeling guilty?

Yesterday, a friend of mine and I went shopping at Wall Mart, and she helped me shop. I have a purse that looks like a shoe which my neighbor and closest friend whoes like grandma to me bought. To get to the point, while shopping, my other friend who I went shopping with decided to buy me a purse since winter is coming. I really don’t know how I should put this to my other friend since I know that she’s going to be suspicious. How should I put this to her that someone else wanted to buy me a purse as a gift? I really feel guilty since this other friend of mine wanted to help out with my needs when it comes to personal needs and a purse. Should I wait to use the new purse? or change purses? I told her yesterday I have another purse at home besides the shoe but, she thought that I could use another. But, as I mentioned previously, I don’t know what to tell my other friend that’s like grandma. We all belong to the same church which makes it nice. Please, if you all could, give me some advice as to what I could do to avoid more guilt then what I’m feeling right now.

Answer #1

Why not switch up every day, use one purse one day and the other the next day. That way they will both be happy, and you get to use them both.

Answer #2

I would use mainly the grandma purse and the other every once in a while - be sure to make a big fuss over both…Take care !!
