It could be a number of things... hypoglycemia for one. You should see a doctor. Make sure you drink lots of water, and when you do eat, make sure you are getting proper nourishment. Eat something like toast with tomato and cheese on it, and a glass of water if you aren't feeling very hungry. Maybe have a lollypop too just in case it's low blood sugar. But yeah, see a doc!
your blood sugar is probably low, which can cause headache, nausea, and dizziness. Eat more often, and make sure you get enough water, too.
My best guess is that maybe you're not eating enough lately? Or what you're eating isn't filling or doesn't have proper nourishment.
