fruit is always a good choice,an apple gives you energy and some granola for more fiber,some water and depending on what you need in your diet an egg white omelet is good for protein.To drink i would suggest just water or some no sugar added fruit juice
I agree, cereal for the win...but I must have my coffee to fully wake up So...I will rather have my Coffee & something light to go with it like toast or something.
cinnamon toast. make regular toast and but butter on it while the toast is still warm then sprinkle cinnamon sugar on it and it's ready to be eaten
a shake!! :) milk, juice, with a mix of any fruits i find in the fridge!! :D pour and blend it all up.... swallow it down and im ready to go!!
i think the ice cream in it compared to the juice is the smoothie though they both have milk lol
It's not exactly quick but sausage english muffin with cheese. Mmmm i'd eat that all day.
wait.... i mean smoothie! :P mmmm but what defines a smoothie from a shake? ahahaha?
butter and peanut butter toast=) i call it peanutbutter butter toast haha
