I am a 13 year old girl. I weigh 52kg but I look FAT. I would love a flat stomach and much thinner legs. I would also like to lose about 6kg. How can I do all this fast?
i dont know what KG is.... well kilagrams i guess but i use pounds! take diet suppliments with hoodia or green tea. they work amazing@ also, try playing around with a hula hoop, i got abs that way!
You should go to the gym every day and dont eat fats or meat or candy
