Fastest way to loose side fat?

I want to loose some of the side fat? Any good tips? What you shud eat? What type of excersise?

the best things to eat when you want to lose weight are vegetables,chicken(skinless and baked with no added oils,you could add onions and mrs.dash to it for more flavor),and the same for fish,the best excersise you can do is walk,but you want to get rid of side fat so I would suggest an augmented crunch,instead of pulling your knees to your head,pull them in the direction of the left and then the right shoulder,this will be hard but it will work,I lost a hundred an thirty one pounds,hope this helps you and good luck.
