what does it exactly mean to have a fast metabolism and is it necessarily a bad thing?
its like everything in your body runs quicker like you digest stuff quicker burn calories quicker all that and for bigger people its slow
and no its not a bad thing
so there isn’t that many bad things about it? what about like side affects? could they be dizziness or fainting or hallucinations?
no it has nothing to do with that its just something in your body and no there isnt anything bad about it
alot of times people with fast metabolisms over eat way too much cause there body is processing to much food at a time
a metabolism is ‘’something’’ in your body that burn fat etc… and it is REALLY necessarily and NOT a bad thing
A metabolism is a chemical reaction in your body that regulates your structure. A fast metabolism means your body burns off fat and other food at a quick pace.
If you’re trying to gain muscle, then you need to eat more proteins and carbs to create an anabolic effect(growth). If you don’t want that, then your body creates a catabolic effect(shrink) where you don’t grow.
It’s not a bad thing, nor a good thing really. It all depends on what you want to do with your body. Athletes like runners have fast metabolisms so they have to eat more in order to gain more weight. In that case, it’s a bad thing. If you want to shed weight quickly, then it’s a good thing. Just know that catabolism also affects your muscle growth and in men, testosterone levels.

A fast metabolism is actually a good thing. It means your bodys digestive system works fast so it wont store away fat or anything. It works fast to break the foods down instead of leaving them sit in there, letting your body to suck up fat. Thats why when you see super skinny girls pig out, and dont gain a pund it is because of high Metabolism. But do not pig out, because it will slow your metabolism down over time and allow you to gain weight like CRAZY, and not good weight!
