How do you help someone with having problems with there parents?
Communication... If you start out in a pleasant tone, "I'd like to talk to you about something, and can you please listen to my whole thought before you respond..." there is hardly any parent who won't.
Ways to start conversations that will take them off the defensive (speak in pleasant tones always, keep your cool):
"I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I wanted to discuss this rule you have..."
"I am not trying to be rude, but when you ... it makes me feel ..."
"I was wondering if we could talk about what I could do to help gain your trust so that I can earn the responsiblity of being able to ..."
Dear 1990 Girl,
You can help your friend by just listening and sharing empathy with him or her. Perhaps direct her to this site as one respondent already indicated, or have her talk to another trusted adult.
The best you can do for her yourself is just be a friend through thick and thin, let her know by words and actions that no matter what happens you'll be there for her!
I hope this answered your question! Good Luck!
I thing you need to be patient because this is your familly and it's a normsl all familly we have a problems .maybe your problems it's not a big😇
