  Yes, of course you should!!...this is very painful...the vet will give you an anitbiotic ointment...probably with steroids in it, to put in her eye 2 or 3 times a day...

  Yes, take your dog to the vet. You might try warm NOT HOT compresses to the eye but I would still go to the Vet.
