Since it is likely the caffeine in Coca Cola that you are actually addicted to, you could try cutting back gradually. If you go "cold turkey" you are likely to suffer some minor withdrawal symptoms. The worst one being the killer headaches (IMHO). Just start cutting back a little everyday until you are "cured" :)
limit yourself to 1 or 2 a day then gradually decrease the amount instead drink water or something healthy cokes are really really bad for you and all the sugar causes breakouts...which is why I rarely drink cokes
stop buying it. start drinking water.
