  in my experience exfoliating gloves are too rough on your face so i would just use your fingertips for the face and get a proper exfoliating wash. for the body you can use the gloves but any other exfoliating brushes or w.e and rub gently into your skin in a circular motion and rinse off.

  Small half dollar sized circular motion. Use an exfoliating face/body wash with micro beads. Use a loofa, do not use anything too rough because it could damage skin. Dont use super hot water, it can dry out your skin. If you are known for dry skin apply lotion after.

  I use an exfoliating body wash (or face wash) then moisturise after otherwise you're skin gets really dry
