to target innner thighs specifically u gotta squeeze ur legs together. if u go to a gym to workout, most gyms have a machine that lets u squeeze ur legs together with resisitance. sorry don't know the name of the machine.
but if u don't go to a gym or ur gym doesn't have the machine. u can:
skate, skating works the inner thighs.
use a tough pillow, sit down back straight, keep the tough pillow between ur two knees and squeeze for some reps.

use exercise bands. anchor one end of band to door the other around ankle of left foot, stand straight holding on to chair with right hand, turn so right leg is next to back of chair and left leg is between right leg and door and point toe straight. extend left leg to side at 45- degree angle. make sure band is tant. breathe in,exhale as you pull left leg together with the right. hold for 1 full second. inhale as yu return to start position. repeat with right leg. keep back straight and upper body relaxed.
Well one that works well is if you going into a lunge position with 1 knee sitting on the floor and then push your hips forward you should feel a stretch. Also one that is kinda weird but if you sort of sit like a frog and use your elbows to push your knees farther apart until you feel the stretch it works to! Hope this helps
Well there's this one where you lay on your side, raise the leg that's on top so that it's sort of off the bottom leg and then just lift the bottom leg, if that makes sense. There's also one where you basically just lay on your back and spread your legs xD it actually works haha
