My ex found someone else but she has a son he told me were till I till care about you were till friend but now he told me not to call him I called him a jerk and he got mad on sunday at church he told me to be happy for him I dont know if I could we were together for a long time how do I move on
I know what you mean...its hard to move on, it really is.
They say just stay busy, an idle mind with make you think about things you dont need to.
Go out do stuff, pick up a hobby, write poetry, draw...whatever makes you happy do it..spend time with people, it helps.
