Finance is not really a sort after field in Australia at the moment. It is extremely hard to give into Australia based on that career. At 14 you are not an accountant but maybe a wannabe one. If you do want to come to Australia and work, I highly suggest entering the skilled labour industry.
Australia currently has a very shortage of skilled workers eg: nurses, engineering, carers, chefs, tradespeople and hairdressers and any mining work related positions are in high demands.
If you can master these skills in your country and is within the 'desirable' age to come to Australia, the immigration may give you a working visa. (Dept Of Immg has many rules and regulations ones has to follow thou). If you are lucky to be sponsored by a large corporation, it would be even better as you will be guaranteed Australian Citizenship after serving a few years with the companies and you can bring your immediate family to Oz.
At 14, you wouldn't be able to do so without your parents...and, if they are considering it, then it really depends on WHY (political asylum? economic or social repression?) etc, etc.
Then, you'd contact your local Australian embassy or consulate to get started.
Easiest way to become a citizen...just like in the states...marry an Australian citizen in good standing.
