What is an easy way to make homemade eggnog?

  That doesn't sound right to me. Firstly, I have always been told not to mix milk and liquor because it will make you sick. Secondly, if it's just milk and liquor...how does it get so thick, and how can a grocery store sell eggnog to minors if it contained liquor? I'm not sure of how correct your answer is. I have never had eggnog with liquor in it.

  Ingredients: 2 eggs, beaten well 3 tbs sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground 2 1/3 cups milk

  Preparation: Blend all the ingredients together and serve chilled.
