I mean we aren't playing games yet(obviously) but we are into our second week of clinics and practices at my school. Plus we've been in the weightroom since October...
I personally would think that it's a little early, but a little extra practise usually goes a long way. It gives you a chance to strengthen on the issues you're having slight trouble with, and for those of you who are doing well, it will keep you fresh. I think that that's the aim, for the most part.
Not really. My school is starting baseball season as well, well they are just starting to train and to get ready for the games and stuffs. Basically to get fit. So it's fine, it's not like your playing games yet, your just getting ready for everything.
