Whats the consequence if you drive without a permit(or lisense) Or are in the car with some one who doesnt have a driving permit In california or anywhere else

me and my sister where driving and she doesnt have her permit and she is 15 and I am 16 and I have my permit but I was in the car with her what consequences would we get?

You will get a fine and will already have a bad history on your license before you even get it - which most likely means insurance will be higher if I’m not mistaken. Some states will suspend your privileges until you are 21 years of age!

in alabama if you do not have one and you are under 15 you can not get it tell you are 18 and you get the car towed even if a person in the car dose have one

you could go to jail if not youll get a very big fine and could possibly be banned from getting a licence for a while same goes if your in the car with other people who have no licence its a dangerouse thing to do and the police make these consequesnces because you put yourself at risk of death, and killing other people or damadging property. and without a license you get a much higher fine and penalties than people who do
