when u get headache the head part gets heated on and to cool it drink water or sprink some water to your hair to make them warm

medically speaking, not all head-aches must be treated by drinking water.

One good example is hypertension. When you have a head ache with high-blood pressure, drinking water will raise your Blood pressure even further.

Best cure for a headache is rest.
