3/19/09: The Department of the Navy has given Congressman John Murtha a “Distinguished Service” award. Yes, that’s the same John Murtha who accused the Haditha Marines of being murderers without evidence, before their trial, then refused to apologize when all charges against them were dropped - Does this make sense to you ?
One of Murtha's earmarks - an airport in his district - What does $150 million in taxpayer money sent to John Murtha create? An airport near no one and for no one. Reporters pop in on the airport at 10:30 am only to find zero -- yes, zero -- people there. How does this guy keep getting elected?
John Murtha is a coward for not apologizing to thats young lietenants whose life he ruined. Unbeelievable. especially since he is an ex-marine. He is just reflecting the attitude of his constituents.
