I weigh 112 and im 5'6 and play football my max is 115 im at cornerback and wide receiver but I have some power on me to play running back though im slim like but compact in the center
thats fine when your 14. but expect to do a lot more than your weight when your 16. I started off about the same age but when I got into high school I was benching a lot more
so just keep at it every 3 days and slowly increase your weight according to your limits.
eventually you'll get the results
yeah your benching fines just keep working out push yourself. also only work ut every other day or teo day breaks. if you continue to much then you will get stretch marks.

im 5'6 120ish and I can do 140 and im almost 13 so sure...
im 160 5'9 and I do about 145 but I dont lift much..
