When a DJ scratches a record, what is the role of the crossfader?
I was on youtube, watching my hero, Dj Q-bert. And there is a video of him scratching without using the crossfader. So now i am lost and i want to know what is the point of the crossfader when scratching?
Opening and closing the crossfader makes the sounds either audible or inaudible.
