ok well im 20, and I feel reali unconfortable bout the size of my chest, is their any tips on how to get them to grow quicker, I took bout a yr ago voltro tablets dey wer meant to make dem grow bigger but d tablets wer sh*t 300euro 4dem. I was also told if you put your right hand on your left elbow and your left hand on your right elbow and push your chest musles together it'll help I don't know if its true are bull!! please as inbrassing to ask I reali want to do something, but I wudnt get surgry
let's see...if you lie on your back, spread your arms out, and lift weights across your body, (right arm with a weight over to the left side of your body, left arm over to the right side,) you'll build up the muscles under your chest fat, making them look bigger. another option is to drink milk with growth hormones in it. most cows in the u.s. are given a growth hormone (rBst) that makes them produce more milk. the milk they produce has a little of that hormone in it. if women drink a lot of milk containing rBst, it makes their boobs grow. I dunno how it works in ireland, but maybe you can find some.
however big your breasts are is a genetic thing. you can't make them grow faster or bigger. what you can do though is wear push up bras or buy shirts that emphasize your chest more! babydoll tops are pretty good at that! and by age 20, there's not much hope that they'll grow bigger...with few exceptions such as pregnancy or weight gain...but you don't want to go there just for bigger breasts
