What is the difference between yogurt and a smoothie?

Is there any difference or are the same thing. Tell me please thank you.

Answer #1

You put yogurt in a smoothie.

Answer #2

A smoothie is pureed fruit, vegies, and/or yogurt, in an almost liquid form so you can drink it. Protien or vitamin powders are also sometime added. They are similar to a milk shake, but usually don’t contain milk. http://funadvice.com/r/161kq430d11

Yogurt is the result of certain bacteria fermenting milk into more of a solid form. The bacteria are called a “yogurt culture”. Many of the bacteria can aid with the digestion process too. http://funadvice.com/r/bsgg58u4jke

Answer #3

They’re put together.

Answer #4

When I was into smoothies, I usually made them either with buttermilk (a little thinner than yoghurt), or with a blend of yoghurt and fruit juice, in addition to whatever other ingredients (fruits, veggies, peanut butter, ginger, etc.).
