Is there anyway to fake diabetes? My friend says there is.

I never said that I wanted to. I asked if there was a way to because my friend said that there was. That is what I said in my question. I just wanted to know the answer not get critisized for asking a question.

If you mean medically, I doubt it. Your metabolism and a Diabetic’s metabolism react differently. It’s automatic. You have no control over it. (Before artificial insulin was developed, it was a death sentence.)
