Depression and eating

I have noticed that I’ve had an eating problem. Depression has been hitting me pretty hard lately. My man is a deployed Marine and is scheduled to come home in about 3-4 months. I don’t want to be overweight or anything when he gets home. Is there anything that could help me with this eating problem?? I’ve already gained a little bit and I can really tell : / Is there an easy way to get it back off ??
