in 2005 it was 3 days after my birthday and my dad called me in the bathroom and asked me to get his heart burn tablets i couldn't find them i got my mum and she did nothing so i got someone to ring the ambulance
hes okay but now but after witnessing my dad having a heart attack i get dreams about him having them again and never making it .
My dad had a heart attack when I was 12 and unfortunately he died. You should spend more time with your dad, just go to football games, car racing, whatever you are both into, and just hang out. I wish I had gotten to know my dad better by spending more time with him. Maybe you could see a therapist just for a few sessions to sort out your worry of him having another one. Or a school counsellor or trusted adult would be good to talk to.
Did he live or no? My dad had A LOT of heart attacks before he died. Just let him take it easy, do more work around the house and try to keep him stress free as possible. People can and do recover from heart attacks they just have to take it easy.
Spend more time with him though, I always wish i'd have treated my dad better and spent more time with him. Everyone dies it's inevitable, just enjoy your time with him.
You'll probably never fully get over it I went through the same thing as well as 2 strokes. It's scary as hell, but he's alright now and you have to keep that in mind.
