I dont think it will slim your calves,it will make the muscles more defined as they are the muscles you are working out.it is a good source of exercise thought because it works your full legs

thanks, but hey, can I do it 15 min a day? and 4 days a week. I know it would be less efficient. But it’s the only way that I can do.

u should not..for making your legs skinner you can do a exercise…lay down sidely then up your legs and down do it for 30 tymes and again up your legs and fold it..do it 30 times..thats it…trust me it really works…I did dis and now m ok…

Hi. Yes you can bicycle to make your legs slim. To make them smaller use the lightest weight on the bike and pedal fast. That will make you lose inches as you’re losing body fat and will shape your legs. You would only get big legs if you used the heaviest weight where you can barely pedal . Do not worry, go biking with no problem, eat right and you’ll have slim, shaped legs
