How can I heal my scalp wound?

I relaxed my hair 3 weeks ago for the first time. It burnt my scalp quite bad and now have a big cut in my head which is not healing. I’ve used Savlon cream but everytime I wash my hair the scab falls off. And the wound reopens the hair has fallen our from there as well. Can you help me please?

Well, I don’t really know what to tell you considering that I’ve never had such an experience, but what I could suggest to you is to go to the doctor. I know that is the most plain advice ever, but it is also the most effective in your terms. You might not want to put anything on it, because it could cause irritation. Sorry that I wasn’t really able to help, but it’s better than nothing.
