Pretty much the same thing as a sales associate or customer service representative.
They interact directly with customers, inform customers about all of the benefits of certain products, help them complete transactions, and deal with addressing complaints and offering refunds.
so what is that?? basically if someone comes in and asks for a refund you give it to them?
