Cryptographic software installation issues

I have Cryptographic on my computer, but everytime l try to download anything that l may need such as updating, the same message comes up. “Check to see if you have cryptographic services installed” Well l have check much more than twice and it just keeps happening. Is there anyone out there who may know the best way to correct this problem? Is a free program to download to fix it?

I don’t have that software, but you might try deleting it completely, and then reinstalling. Also there should be some docs from the software company that says if the software doesn’t work with certain installation configurations, etc, which could explain why you’re having an issue installing it.

Perhaps another member could give some more detailed advice - that’s my best guess.
