my male dog keeps crying and barking mostly when hes round my neigbhours female dog any ideas whats up with him?

its called…you didn’t neuter him…he just wants sex with other dogs…like they say..neuter or spay your pets…because something bad or annoying could happen

Is your dog neutered? and is the neighbor’s dog spayed?

Your dogs are not in love with each other and if they are not neutered/spayed you should not allow them to mate. There are enough dogs already to go around. We are overpopulated with dogs.
