  Weirdly, bananas have potassium, which helps with menstrual cramps :] Lettuce as well. But I like to take Midol, or Pamprin. Those are my best friend on my period. xd

  Wear comfy clothing. Tight jeans are no good.

  Oh yeah. And heating pads are great :]

  you could take ibprofen or try putting a hot towel in your lower obtomen I remember when that happend to me 4 the first time and that helped me a lot! Good luck=)
