Cramping when I don't have my period

I am normally suppose to get my period within the next few days, but I have had cramping and a sore back the last two days. I have never had cramps before my period, always during.

This could mean that you are ovulating. This is normal. I know a few days before my period I can feel in my lower back some pain on one side .

seeing a doctor about it would be the best thing to do see a dcotor and tell him/her the symptoms your having, were they are, how painfull, ect and about how you only get them during not before your period
