It means they can use what programs your using basicly
This just means you’re making yourself visible on the routers LAN network meaning someone could potentially access your PC remotely and look at or edit your files…. but seeing as file sharing is usually off on Windows 7 and other OS i dont think its much of a problem (btw are you using an apple laptop?since windows never displays such notices)
