Look for a course that specializes in events planning. Ask at your local college as I don’t think that there is a specific one applicable for all colleges.

Wedding planning is basically a position that would fall under administration and/or business or hospitality. Technically, you don’t have to take any course to become a wedding planner, but an education in business administration will help you run your business efficiently.
