I think the bigger question here is, why do you want to? Are you looking to fake an injury or something? We aren’t going to help you injure yourself, but if your reasoning is sound, and you actually give us some more insight to what you’re trying to accomplish, we may have answers … currently, you’ve given us nothing to go on.

The only thing that I could imagine that would have the effect you are looking for is excercising one side only. But that isn’t healthy. And why would you want to anyways?
