Absolutely. There is implantation bleeding wish occurs when the egg attatches itself to the uterus, most women confuse it with a period.

Some women also have what appears to be a period, well into their pregnancy. I had 3. No egg is shed, but the lining of the uterus still sheds (which is what a period is), and it is similar to a period. Some women have these their whole pregnancies, it is also the reaosn why some women dont find out they are pregnant until later in the pregnancy.
