Can I move out with only one parents permission?

So can I? I live with both my parents and my dad said it was okay, im 17 and my grandpa agreed to let me stay with him, my sister was emancipated when she was 16, im stil in school.

So.. Can I? And please dont just comment asking question it doesnt help, you can ask questions but please answer mine.

And dont say deal with it either because apparently its not the kids its the mother because my sister got emaciated,so only word of encouragement.

I have everything arranged to move out, all I need to know if this is legal.

Thank you

I don’t think you can :( You need to have both of your parents permission. But I don’t know this for sure. What does emaciated mean?

Hey :]

Well, in most US states, you have to be at least 18. 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 on Mississipi and Pennylvania, I think. If you get reported, the police can take you in custody and the consequences shall be determinated in juvenil council.

I’m not sure if only one of your parents allowin’ it would be okay, but I think it would.

Sorry, this is far beyond my “power”… I live in Brazil, and it’s okay to move out when you’re still underage here.

I hope I’ve helped, even the tiniest bit.

(FunMail me if you want, or just leave a comment at my page. I’ll try to assist you the best way I can :])
