Can I get an infection from having too tight of pants?

you cant exactly get an INFECTION. a rash, yes, but not an infection. try putting lotion and stuff on it. that might help. and wear loose-ish pants for a while! ^_^

I’ve heard that. I don’t see why it wouldn’t be impossible. Try wearing a pair that fit; after of course, you go to the doctor and have it looked at.

I dunno. It just showed up today. Im scared of the doctor :( haha. and I dont want my girlfriend to see it

your skins probly just dry. I used to get rashes on my legs all the time cause my skin was really dry and my pants would irritate my legs. it could also be an allergy but thats a lot less likely. try putting a good lotion on it every night. not scented junk, something that will actually help u, like vaseline or st. ives

if you’re experiencing any kinda itch ‘down there’ you should talk to your doctor because it could be a lot more than a rash.
