How much caffeine is in the "extra strength 5 hour energy shots"?
I’ve been trying to figure it out for awhile, the only thing I can find is it says has as much caffeine as 12 oz of coffee. They dont say anywhere what the exact dosage is. Does anyone have any idea?
Well, if it’s the same amount as 12 oz of coffee and 12 oz of coffee has about 200 mg, there’s your answer :)

theres caffine in the 5 hr energy shot?? haha i know i looked at whats in it, and its crazy on the concentration of things in it. i know it was like 3000% of vitamin b12 and i was like wow 3000% thats fricken crazy
uhh idk but theyre reallly bad 4 u!… so i dnt recomend them. if u need energy eat a ton of candy and ur good 2 go! what’s bad about both energy drinks and candy u have 2 crash eventually!
