Okay so a while back i fell in the bathroom and broke my knee how the fall broke my knee i have no clue . The doctor said if i fall a certain way it could fracture my knee again well , it`s happend like 5 other times my wrist too . I fell today and hurt my knee bad im not shure if i fractured it but it hurts like i did what could i do for it?
Well from the sounds of it sounds like you keep falling down all the time hurting something else...perhaps it would be best to just stay put!
If the doc says stay in bed they you really need to stay there unless you have to use the ladies room/shower/hv meals or 5 min exercise around the living room but make sure you have someone there to help you.
Are you sure you arent missing some info on why you keep falling down?! Dont want to jump to conclusions here by speculating on why is may be...
