Why does my boyfriend's nose bleed 3 times a day?

Three times a day is too often. Go to see a doctor. Try to place ice on his nose to reduce the flow.

nasal hairs? what is that? how do you cut your nasal hairs, and he sneezes like six times all together its not one sneeze its like six in one.

It could be the dry air of winter but it could also be chronic. If it continues to get worse see a doctor cuz it could be a sign of something major.

My neighbor’s kid also often gets bleeding nose, but not that often and only during hot days, once every two days. I see his mother places ice on the nose and ask the boy to remain calm.

First thing I would suggest is that he stays away from aspirin and then for him to see a doc. Aspirin thins the blood hence making it easier for his blood to flow and harder for it to clot.
