Why do my bones crack every time when I bend my knees?

and sometimes other bones?

Answer #1

I think it may be genetic. My moms (and her brothers’) knees crack when they go down stairs. I get it sometimes myself now…

Answer #2

nope .it is not genetic .it is so normal . it happens due to a decrease in the liquid of the ligaments area . everyone’s bones cracks even athletes

Answer #3

It could be many different things, such as the fluid that is in your joints is popping from a gas bubble that formed and it popped when you moved. It could also be when your joint moves out of place the tendon’s position changes. The cracking sound is from the tendon going back into its place. Or it could be a loss of smooth cartilage to your joints that are in a sense rubbing together making the sound…It’s completely normal, though if it starts to hurt you should see your doctor…Hope I Helped!

Answer #4

Its sort of like wat u do w/ r fingers and it makes a cracking sound but its actually just a gas bubble. if it doesnt hurt when it cracks then its not serious like weak bones.
