How do you get blood out of a fabric (clothes), after it has set in?

Cold water…let it run through then soak the fabric in a solution of stain remover (not bleach, as it will cook the blood into the fabric) and water. Avoid hot hot water as well.

Salt water has always gotten rid of blood stains for me :)

another good stain remover is baking soda, you make a paste of it with water and let it sit on the stain, then wash it.
