how do i get blood off a pillow case?

hydrogen peroxide, works a charm, may take a few times but it will come out, then wash in washer

Is the pillow case white? If so, wash it in bleach.

OxyClean powder, it’s bleach free, you rub it in with water let it sit for 20 minutes or so throw it in the washer and it’ll be good as new. I use it on all my clothes that get stains on them, and safe for your clothes that have colors (I don’t know how they make that work but it’s pretty nifty).

if its fresh just rise the fresh blood off of it and throw it in the washer asap. it should come off, it always works for me :)

if its settled, id soak it in oxyclean for half an hour

There’s something important you need to realize about blood - it’s a protein. Heat and acid causes protein to coagulate, so naturally, hot water, peroxides, and bleach will actually cook the blood into the fabric. Rinse the fabric with cold water, then allow it to soak in cold water for a couple of hours (as stated earlier - OxyClean is a good product for this). When you wash it - wash it in cold water.
